Ordering

Please send your artwork or design and complete details of your order to our email sales@pakarcetakbaju.com.my or you may visit our showroom to place an order. We are located at:

Yes, you can. We accept 1 piece order depending on the current order queue and the price will be a bit costly. Please send your design at the order form or whatsapp our admin at 019-3235759 / 019-3575759 for further details.

payment, Refund & Shipping

Delivery charges vary depending on the weight of the T-shirt. Usually we charge RM10 for small order (1 to 5 pieces), if above 5 pieces we charge RM15 within West Malaysia. For orders over 50 pieces and above, we will give free shipping.

Yes, there is a charge applied for the design. The charge starts from RM50 for normal t-shirt design. For sublimation, design charge starts from RM100.

Our normal lead time is 5 to 7 working days for ready stock products. For custom made products, we take a minimum of 2 weeks. If you need a T-shirt urgently, please contact our admin here 019-3235759 / 019-3575759.

We accept payment by cash or transfer mode. Order will be proceeded only after deposit has been made.

Printing & Services

Printing charges vary depending on design and quantity. Please send your request at the quotation form provided in our website or whatsapp your design and quantity to this number 019-3235759 / 019-3575759 for fast response.

Yes, you can. There will be a minimum sample deposit RM200 and it is refundable if you continue for the bulk quantity order. Kindly contact our support team for more detail.

Yes, you can bring your own T-shirt for us to print the requested design.

You can simply walk-in to our showroom during the weekdays without making an appointment. However, it is advisable for you to make an appointment first to ensure there are no difficulties.

We are open everyday except for Sunday and Public Holiday. Below are our operation hour:

Monday – Friday : 9.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.

Saturday : 10.00 a.m. – 2.00 p.m.

We only accept for a return in 3 working days after the received date. Any return request later than 3 days will not be acceptable.

Yes, you can. However, we will inspect the items first before the approval or rejection of your refund. Once we have approved the request for a refund, we will notify you and process the refund.
